Sounds too Good to be True?

We all know to run from anyone that over-promises. But here is how doorward works for you:

Small is the new big

Doorward is for independent individuals owning single-families, duplexes, triplexes and quads. If you have large buildings or more than 50 units in your portfolio, Doorward may not be right for you. But don’t be afraid to reach out, we’ll always try to help find the right solution, even if it’s not us. This section needs to be directed at the contractors not the landlords.

Is joining Doorward really free?

Yes. There are no hidden monthly fees for joining or using the platform.

What about my tenants?

The DOOR Renter App is also complimentary. We offer it free of charge - a free tool to help you manage your property. Tenants may elect to pay a small convenience fee over and above the monthly rent. Landlords always collect their posted rent.

Do I still collect my full rent?

ABSOLUTELY. Except if you choose not to. The default setting assumes the tenant will pay any convenience fee for electronic payment of rent, but you can change it if you want.

Is the payment processing secure?

Doorward uses Stripe and Plaid to process any payments, recognized leaders for security and data protection.

How do I know if a contractor on Doorward is good?

DOOR relies on the ratings given by your fellow landlords to provide recommendations of key criteria: Timeliness, neatness, reasonableness of rates, completion of desired work, etc. In short, you don't have to take our word for it.
